How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

My order is Preparing to Ship/ In Transit, what does that mean?

Hang tight! Your order has been packed and has left Midsign 's warehouse! At this stage, you'll receive an email update from us that will contain a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please give us about 72 hours for your tracking to be live.

What are your delivery options and how long is shipping?

All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
